early contact with the Internet certainly defined what I came to be as a person and as an artist. it was in 1998 that I put my first site online (about South Park and Pokémon), and I remember buying a weekly webdesign course at the newsstand, which came with a book and a CD-ROM.
the aesthetics of the 90s/2000s Internet and the technologies of that time were very strong influences on my artistic style, which I started to develop around 2004, when I entered Visual Arts school.
from then on I accumulated roles and experiences. I am a visual artist, deck illustrator, tattooer, writer, site developer, and I am studying automations and AI-augmented development in depth.
today I am a father and I have a fixed home in Arraial d’Ajuda, Bahia, Brazil; before getting here, I lived in São José dos Campos-SP (where I was raised), Uberlândia-MG, São Paulo-SP, Ubatuba-SP, Itabirito-MG and Belo Horizonte-MG. I was also a nomad for a few years, traveling Brazil with my backpack and my tattoo equipment.
right now I am focused on Círculo de Yala, the company I am a partner in and where I illustrate oracles (decks that answer questions). I am also tattooing and working as a data annotator and AI trainer on several platforms.
on this site you can find a summary of my activities over the last few years. I built this site mainly because I am exhausted with the current dynamics of social networks like Instagram, which have been used as platforms for artists and creative people in general but do not give those people the slightest condition to work in peace, prioritizing spam and superficial content, with obscure policies and very low organic visibility.
